साथ ही प्राधिकरण यह भी सूचना सार्वजनिक करेगा कि किस क्षेत्र में कितने प्लॉट नियोजित किए जा रहे हैं। शेष प्लॉट कहां नियोजित होंगे। पांच प्रतिशत का काम खत्म होने के साथ ही प्राधिकरण आबादी का भी निस्तारण करता जा रहा है। चेयरमैन व सीईओ बलविंदर कुमार ने बताया कि आबादी विनियमित करने का काम भी इसी माह पूरा कर लिया जाएगा। इसके साथ ही किसानों संग हुए लिखित समझौते के तहत उनकी मांग तीन माह में पूरी कर दी जाएगी। आबादी निस्तारित होने के साथ ही पीपी एक्ट के ंमुकदमे स्वत: समाप्त हो जाएंगे। इसके अलावा एसएलआर के मुकदमों के लिए प्राधिकरण प्रत्येक किसान से समझौता कर कोर्ट में समझौता पत्र दाखिल कर देगा। इस तरह से किसानों की चारों प्रमुख मांग पूरी कर ली जाएगी। क्षेत्र के किसानों के लिए यह बहुत बड़ी सौगात है। इनमें कई ऐसे किसान हैं जो पिछले दस वर्षों से पांच प्रतिशत के प्लॉट और आबादी नियमित होने के इंतजार में कोर्ट में मुकदमा लड़ रहे थे

खेतिहर मजदूर भूमिहीन संघर्ष समिति ने कहा कि वे 120 वर्गमीटर का भूखंड की मांग पिछले एक वर्ष से कर रहे हैं। भूमिहीन किसानों ने मांग को लेकर पहली जून को नोएडा एक्सटेंशन में आमरण अनशन किया था। इसमें सीईओ ने चार पांच दिन में समस्या का समाधान करने का आश्वासन दिया था। सीईओ के आश्वासन पर किसानों ने अनशन समाप्त कर दिया था। सौ दिन के बाद भी प्राधिकरण व प्रशासन द्वारा पुस्तैनी खेतिहर मजदूर भूमिहीनों की मांग पर कोई गंभीरता नहीं दिखा रहा है। किसानों ने कहा कि प्राधिकरण ने यदि उनकी मांगों पर शीघ्रता से विचार नहीं किया तो दोबारा अनशन करने पर मजबूर होंगे।

नोएडा, संवाददाता : दीपावली पर अपने घर का तोहफा मिलने का इंतजार कर रहे लोगों को अब इसके लिए दो सप्ताह का इंतजार और करना होगा। फ्लैट की बढ़ी हुई दर निर्धारित न हो पाने की वजह से ड्रा की तिथि टाल दी गई है। प्राधिकरण को अब तक इस मामले में आपत्तियां भी प्राप्त नहीं हुई हैं।

ज्ञात हो कि प्राधिकरण ने वर्ष 2006-07 में आवासीय योजना के तहत करीब सवा तीन हजार फ्लैट की योजना निकाली थी। योजना के लिए सफल आवंटियों का ड्रा पहले ही किया जा चुका है। अब उन्हें फ्लैट नंबर आवंटित किया जाना है। इसी योजना के एमआइजी व एचआइजी फ्लैट के नंबर आवंटित करने के लिए प्राधिकरण ने जनवरी 2011 में ड्रा किया था। निर्माण कार्य में देरी की वजह से इन फ्लैट की कीमतों में भी इजाफा किया गया था। अब बारी एलआइजी व ईडब्ल्यूएस के सफल आवेदकों को फ्लैट नंबर आवंटित करने की है। इसके लिए पहले 20 अक्टूबर की तिथि निर्धारित की गई थी। इससे पहले निर्माण में हुई देरी की वजह से योजना के फ्लैटों की बढ़ी हुई कीमत का आंकलन करना था। उस पर आवेदकों से आपत्तियां प्राप्त कर उनका निपटारा भी किया जाना था।

बताया जा रहा है कि फ्लैट की बढ़ी हुई कीमतें अब तक निर्धारित नहीं हो सकी हैं। अगले सप्ताह प्राधिकरण में दीपावली की छुट्टियां पडेंगी। लिहाजा फ्लैट की कीमत निर्धारण और आपत्तियों के निस्तारण सहित ड्रा के जरिए फ्लैट नंबर आवंटित करने का काम नवंबर के पहले या दूसरे सप्ताह में किया जाएगा। इसके लिए फिलहाल कोई आधिकारिक तिथि घोषित नहीं की गई है। योजना के तहत प्राधिकरण को सेक्टर 100 में 608 और सेक्टर 135 में 432 एलआइजी फ्लैट और सेक्टर 99 में तैयार हो चुके 400 ईडब्ल्यूएस भवनों के नंबर आवंटित करने हैं।

हाईकोर्ट के निर्देश के बाद पतवाड़ी गांव के किसानों को भी अर्जित भूमि की एवज में दस फीसदी जमीन मिलेगी। प्राधिकरण ने दो माह पूर्व पतवाड़ी के किसानों के साथ सुलह कर आठ फीसदी जमीन देने का समझौता किया था। गांव के 1617 में से 1264 किसानों ने समझौता कर शपथ पत्र हाईकोर्ट में दाखिल किए थे। सीईओ रमा रमन का कहना है कि कोर्ट ने सभी याचिका दायर करने वाले सभी गांवों के किसानों को दस फीसदी जमीन देने का आदेश दिया है। इसका पालन किया जाएगा। पतवाड़ी के किसानों के साथ पूर्व में किया गया समझौता लागू रहेगा, लेकिन किसानों को आठ फीसदी के बजाय दस फीसदी जमीन दी जाएगी। किसानों को 550 रुपये प्रति वर्गमीटर का मुआवजा पहले ही दिया जा चुका है। जिन 353 किसानों ने प्राधिकरण के साथ समझौता नहीं किया है, उनके साथ सुलह के प्रयास किए जाएंगे। उन्होंने बताया कि इटेड़ा व हैबतपुर के कुछ किसानों के साथ भी प्राधिकरण ने समझौता किया था। उन किसानों को भी दस फीसदी जमीन दी जाएगी।
