Gupta of Earth Infrastructures said that Delhi/NCR is a very promising market and accounts for more than 20 to 25% of the total real estate market in the country. “The main development of major growth corridors depends on the industrial and commercial development offered. In this aspect, I would bet on the Dwarka Expressway, which is a big hope for Gurgaon,” he added.


Majority believe that any buyer who has invested in Greater Noida should hold on to the investment. The place has the potential to become a global city, according to Gupta. “The only thing Greater Noida lacks, is connectivity. The metro will provide a big boost to Greater Noida. With the sports initiatives, it can become a major recreational zone in the NCR,” he added.
