Orris Infrastructure, a real estate developer in the National Capital Region (NCR) has launched Aster Court Premier at Sector 85, New Gurgaon. Aster Court Premier is part of 25 acres of group housing, which offers luxurious and aesthetically-designed condominiums with modern facilities. The area of these 3- and 4-BHK units is 1,970 square feet and 2,410 square feet, and the cost is from Rs 86 lakh onwards.
The project will offer a 10,000 square feet club area with a swimming pool and modern amenities, including landscaped grounds and infrastructure.
On the launch of the new project, Mr Vijay Gupta, Chairman & Managing Director, Orris Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd, said in the release that the location and infrastructure is driving demand in this sector of New Gurgaon. Also, the planned 8-lane Dwarka Expressway has given a boom to this area, making it one of the hottest destinations of Gurgaon. The project is to be completed within 36 months from the date of commencement.
Orris has approximately 1,000 acres of land bank and the successful launch of premium commercial and residential spaces along NH-8 to its credit. The land bank is located in prime locations situated next to NH-8 and in New Gurgaon sectors.

Unitech Ltd has announced the launch of “Crestview Apartments”. Crestview is part of Wildflower Country, a 100 acre township (in sec-70, Gurgaon) being developed by Unitech.

Adding further, “In July 2011, we had registered more than 500 bookings for Anthea Floors launched earlier in Wildflower Country, Gurgaon.”

Unitech is developing Wildflower Country on the lines of Nirvana Country Township, Gurgaon, which is a landmark township with more than 500 Acres of beautifully landscaped developed areas. Wildflower Country will be a gated community and will comprise of villas, apartments, floors, plots and retail development.

Wildflower Country Township has seamless connectivity with NH-8 and rest of Gurgaon due to its location, which is adjacent to the 90 metre wide Southern Periphery Road. Also, the city’s best schools, hospitals, shopping plazas and office developments are within 15 minutes drive from Wildflower Country.

Club and sports infrastructure will also be developed within the township for residents. The club will have a large swimming pool, unisex gymnasium, multipurpose hall and facilities for indoor games. Other sports infrastructure like cricket pitch, squash court, badminton court, garden, jogging tracks for residents will be developed in the area.

Unitech has launched more than 8 million sq. ft. of new projects since January, 2011. Projects launched recently include Anthea Floors, The Willows and Nirvana Courtyards in Gurgaon;
